<br />its adoption as follows, to -wit:

<br />. REAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 22099 of the laws of Florida, Indian
<br />River County, Florida has acquired title to.the lands hereinafter described, and the City Coun-
<br />ali of the City of .Fellemere, Florida, being the governing body of such municipality, and being ,
<br />a public board of said county, has concurred in and requested, by proper resolution, the dedi-
<br />cation to public use and purposes of the lands hersieefter-described, by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of said county; and the same having been duly considered by said Board of Bounty
<br />Commissioners; therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Flo -
<br />does -hereby dedicate to
<br />, public use and purposes the lands hereinafter described, situated
<br />� rich
<br />in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Lots 248 25 and 26, in Block 980 Town (now City) of Fellsm®re, Florida, according to
<br />recorded plat thereof, for muniaipal recreation oanter and public park.
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said land shall not hereafter be assessed for taxes so
<br />long as the same remain dedicated or devoted to public use; and that a certified copy of this
<br />resolution be delivered to the County Assessor of Taxes of said county, in order that he may so
<br />exempt said .lands from tails;"- aftd_`thet� e_ certified copy bereof .be delivered to the City Tax As -
<br />j, sensor of the City of FellsMere, Florida, in order that she may so exempt said property from
<br />taxes.
<br />The motion for the adoption of said resolution was seconded by Commissioner Q. B.
<br />Barkoskie and unanimously adopted:
<br />Douglas Baker, Clerk was authorised to advise Mr. B. F. Ivey, Chairman Road Commis-.
<br />sion of Chamber of Commerce, Fort Pierce, Florida, that the members of this Board, together with,I
<br />the County engineer, were agreeoble to a meeting to be held at. 10:00 ololock, A. M., Thursday',
<br />November' 14, 1944, at the Courthouse in Fart Pierce for the purpose of discussing and making
<br />plans toward obtaining a suitable right-of-way for the proposed now State road.
<br />Commissioner !Glover introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption as
<br />,follows, to -wit:
<br />WHEREAS, under date of aanuary 21, 1938 the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County adopted a Resolution providing for the disposition of an indebtedness due from In-'
<br />dian River County to St. Lucie County, and rising from the creation of -Indian River County froI
<br />territory previously constituting part of St. Lucie County; and, I!
<br />WHEREAS, such Resolution provided for the crediting against such debt as it then
<br />existed of certain obligations of St. Lucie County and which had been acquired and were then
<br />owned and held by Indian River County and with a riduation in such debt io *the amount of such
<br />credits and the issuance of refunding bonds of Indian River County representing the unpaid be-
<br />Y
<br />lance of such debt and providing for the disposition and handling of such refunding bonds and
<br />providing for other matters incidental thereto; and
<br />WAEREAS, such Resolution of January 21, 1938 is in full force and effect and refuAd
<br />ing bonds have been issued and delivered pursuant thereto and Indian River County has received
<br />credit against this laid debt to St. Lucie County for various items including the obligations
<br />hereinafter desaribed; and,
<br />AREAS, the bonds, interest coupons and obligations hereinafter -described have beenlrl
<br />u duly allowed as credits against the said debt of Indian River County to St.,Lucie County and
