M. Tuesday, April 3, 1943, in regular meeting with the fol- <br />lowing <br />members of the Board present: W. C. Graves, dr., Chairman; Frank C. Vickers, Albert 0. <br />11 Relseth, S. E. E.Carter, County Engineer; and Douglas Baker, Clerk. <br />Minutes of the previous meetings were read and approved. <br />Mr. Reed of Roseland inquired the possibility of changing road and ditch near <br />his property at Roseland.
