RR r/w, except also RR r/w) Section <br />30, Twp. 33 S., Range 40 E. <br />hereby make application to your Honorable Body to issue.. a duplicate Tax Sale Certificate in <br />lieu of the original described herein for the following reasons: <br />(1) That said Tax Sale Certificate was purchased by Ridgeland Groves Co. July 7, <br />1928 for which It paid the sum of $181105. <br />(2) That said Tax Sale Certificate, or any interest therein, has not been hypothecate <br />ed, sold, assigned, transferred or delivered by me and I have received no con- <br />sideration therefor. <br />(3) That said Tax Sale Certificate has been ost or destroyed and that I have made <br />diligent search and am unable to locate said certificate. <br />(4) That if duplicate Certificate is issued in liew thereof and the original should <br />at any time be located, the same will be surrendered to the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of Indian River County for cancellation. <br />(5) That I, Oswald L.
