'{- "` <br />I <br />16 22 2 'd <br />i,1194G <br />s M <br />Business Manager <br />Sworn to and subscribed before me, this .2 <br />194 <br />194 4 <br />day of <br />Clerk Circuit Court, <br />Indian River County, Florida <br />Pursuant to the foregoing "Notice" the County Assessor of Taxes' submitted the County <br />Tax Assessment Roll for the' year 1945 to the Board of County Commissioners sitting as a Board <br />of equalization and which Roll had the approval of the State Comptroller, endorsed thereon. <br />The following resolution was introduced by Commissioner R. W. Graves who moved its <br />adoption as follows to -wit: <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, the County Assessor of taxes has completed his Tax Assessment Roll for the <br />year 1945 and has presented the same to this Board on this day as provided by law; and, <br />WHEREAS, due notice has been given by publication in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a <br />newspaper of general circulation published in Indian River County, Florida, at least 15 days <br />before this d ate that this board will be in session for the purpose of hearing complaints and <br />receiving testimony as to the value of any property as fixed and assessed by the County Assesf- <br />sor of Taxes and as will more fully appear by proof of publication of such notice filed with <br />the minutes of this meeting; and, <br />WHEREAS, this board has met this day and has heard any complaints and has received <br />any testimony offered as aforesaid and has not deemed it necessary to make any increase in any <br />values fixed by the County Assessor of Taxes as to any property on said tax roll and has given <br />full consideration -to all matters pertaining to the same and has equalized the same; therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Flor • <br />does herewith determine that said tax roll as presented by the County Assessor of taxes is per- <br />fected, reviewed and equalized and that the same is herewith approved and confirmed. <br />
