<br />Vero Beach, at 10:00 o'clock, A. M. Tuesday, July 3, 1945, in regular meeting with the follow.
<br />ing members of the Board present: W. C. Graves, Jr., Chairman; Frank C. Vickers, Albert 0.
<br />Helseth, S. E. Glover and R."T Graves. Also present were L. B. O'Steen, Sheriff, E. E. Carter,
<br />County Engineer, C. P. Diamond, of the Firm of Mitchell, Smith and Mitchell, Atty. and Douglas
<br />Baker, Clerk.
