from each of the persons and corporations named in the annexed Intangible Personal Property <br />Assessments Roll, the taxes set down in each roll opposite each name of person, firm or cor- <br />poration therein described, and in case taxes so imposed are not paid at the time prescribed <br />by law, you are to collect the same by levy and sal a of goods and chattels, lands and tene- <br />ments to the person, firm or corporation so taxed; and all sums collected for the State taxes <br />you are to pay to the State Treasurer at such time as may be required by law; and you are.fur- <br />ther required to make all collections on or before the first Monday in April;and on or before <br />the first Monday in July you will make a final report to and settlement with the Comptroller <br />and County Commissioners. <br />Given under my hand and seal this 1st day of October, in the year -A. BLOCK <br />Is NORTHW00D S/D. <br />RESOLUTION N0.,69 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 22079 Laws of Florida, the City of Vero Beach, Florida, <br />by its Resolution No. 302 adopted at a meeting of the City Council of said City, held September <br />27, 19449 did request the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida to <br />dedicate Lots 6 and 71 Block 19 Northwood Subdivision, in said City to public use and purposes <br />by said City, and said property being property theretofore acquired by Indian River County under <br />the provisions of said Chapter 22079; and, <br />WHEREAS, Bursuant to said request of the City of Vero Beach, Florida the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County by Resolution adopted October 3, 19449 did dedicatD, <br />the said above-described parcel for public use and purposes by the City of Vero Beach, Florida; <br />and, <br />. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Vero Beach now having no need or use for public uses and purposes <br />of said lots, either present or future, and desiring to evidence such fact and to release its <br />interest under such dedication in said lots so that the same may be sold or otherwise disposed <br />of by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida under the provisions <br />
