No representation or guarantee is made by Indian,River County as to the <br /> minimum or maximum dollar value,volume of work,or type of work that any firm will receive during the <br /> term of any agreement. Further,it is the intent of Indian River County, in accordance with the provisions <br /> of the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), section 287.055, Florida statutes (2005), to <br /> review no fewer than three firms regarding their qualifications and ability to furnish the required services. <br /> NOTE: PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS WILL NOT BE MANDATED IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br /> SELECTIONS UNDER THIS RFO. <br /> A. GENERAL CRITERIA FOR SELECTION: <br /> 1. Professional qualifications of firm and specific individuals to be assigned to and manage the projects. <br /> a) Qualifications of Firm: List shall not exceed three(3)pages in length <br /> b) Specific Individuals Assigned: Provide a maximum of three (3) resumes for the <br /> personnel assigned as liaisons to Indian River County, i.e., principals/project managers. <br /> Each resume shall not exceed two pages in length. <br /> 2. List of project assignments performed in the last five (S) years (maximum), relevant to water <br /> distribution system expansions, wastewater collection system expansions, facility upgrades, capacity <br /> enhancements,modifications, improvements and renewal&replacements(R&R): <br /> • Capital improvement projects • Operating&Maintenance projects(O&M) <br /> • Miscellaneous general plant-related • Budgetary and process/operating cost analysis <br /> Engineering Services projects <br /> • Water&Wastewater plant design • Hydraulic& Sewer/Water Quality Modeling <br /> • Permitting and Regulatory Analysis • Grant Writing& Funding Analysis <br /> • Site Work/Water&Wastewater • Subsurface Soils exploration <br /> distribution systems <br /> • Surveying,Mapping,GIS Applications • Civil,Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation <br /> and GPS Services Engineering as applies to Water&Wastewater <br /> Plants <br /> a) Provide list of projects completed along with the name of the utility, a contact person, <br /> telephone number, and project value in dollars. Complete the form attached hereto as <br /> Table A. <br /> b) Completed Table A list shall not exceed two(2)pages in length. <br /> 3. Consultants' project history to accomplish work within the time frames and project schedules as <br /> determined by the client,not to exceed two(2)pages in length. <br /> 4. Present workload: <br /> a) Provide list of present and projected workload. Complete the form attached hereto as Table <br /> B. <br /> b) Completed Table B list shall not exceed three(3)pages in length. <br /> 5.
