c) Business Automobile Insurance. This coverage should include owned, hired, and non-owned <br /> vehicles at a minimum combined single limit of 5100,000 per occurrence and personal injury <br /> coverage of$50,000 <br /> d) General Liability insurance. Commercial general liability coverage, including contractual liability <br /> and independent contractor, with a minimum combined single limit of 5100,000 per occurrence <br /> and personal injury coverage of$50,000. <br /> e) Professional Liability.Professional liability insurance at a minimum limit of$1,000,000. <br /> f) Consultant agrees to provide the insurance written by a carrier licensed to do business in the State <br /> of Florida. To the extent available, the policy shall be an occurrence form, not a claims-made <br /> policy. The insurance company selected shall be rated A+ VII or better, per the Best's Key <br /> Rating Guide. <br /> g) A certificate of insurance shall be provided to the Risk Manager for review and approval, ten (10) <br /> days prior to commencement of any work under the Agreement. The Certificate shall provide for <br /> Indian River County to be named as an additional insured for work under this Agreement. <br /> h) The County shall be given 30 days prior written notification of Consultant's intent to cancel or <br /> modify any required insurance. <br /> D.
