9. <br />Commissioner Flescher expressed his support for using the impact <br />fees for the additional cameras. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED by <br />Chairman O'Bryan, to: (1) authorize staff to enact a purchase order <br />with Precision Contracting Services (PCS) in the total amount of <br />$293,034; and (2) approve Resolution 2014-073 amending the Fiscal <br />Year 2013-2014 Budget (including the impact fee funding of <br />$74,870). <br />Chairman O'Bryan voiced that using impact fees for expanded <br />security at the Courthouse parking garage is justified. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and by a 2-3 vote <br />(Commissioners Davis, Solari, and Zorc opposed), the Motion failed. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Zorc, to: (1) authorize staff to enact a purchase order <br />with Precision Contracting Services (PCS) in the total amount of <br />$293,034; and (2) approve Resolution 2014-073, amending Exhibit <br />"A" to eliminate impact fee funding in the amount $74,870 and add <br />funding in the same amount from another account, for the Courthouse <br />parking garage security cameras, amending the Fiscal Year 2013- <br />2014 Budget. <br />Director Brown advised that the funds to pay for the Courthouse <br />garage cameras are available in Court Facility Funds. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICERS and GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES <br />9:37 A. Smith, Clerk of Circuit Court and Comptroller, <br />presented the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial <br />Reporting award to the Board of County Commissioners.
