Permission to File Lawsuit for Possession of Mobile Horne <br />a.m. <br />(memorandum dated October 15, 2014) 19-20 <br />Deputy County Attorney Bill DeBraal stated this matter pertains to a <br />mobile home that was purchased by Deloris Swiger Moore under the <br />Hurricane Housing Repair Program (HHRP), and set up at Whispering <br />Palms Mobile Home Community and RV Resort. He reported that Ms. <br />Moore has passed away, and that staff had originally recommended <br />filing a lawsuit in replevin to protect the County's lien interest in the <br />home, but is now asking to file a probate action and have the sole <br />surviving heir sign off on the Moore estate. <br />Board of County Commission Minutes 2 <br />October 21, 2014 <br />
