Request for a Public Hearing for a SWDD Ordinance Update <br />a.m. <br />®� <br />(memorandum dated October 27, 2014) 263-267 <br />Director of Utility Services Vincent Burke provided background <br />and analysis on staffs request to hold a public hearing on <br />November 18, 2014 to update Chapter 204 (Solid Waste <br />Disposal) of County Code, dealing with franchise issuance/ <br />renewals, and the application process.
