Approval of Minutes — Meeting of October 7, 2014 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br />Chairman Davis, the Board unanimously approved the Solid Waste <br />Disposal District meeting minutes of October 7, 2014, as written. <br />2. Request for Lease Extension from MWI Corporation <br />(memorandum dated November 12, 2014) <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Vice Chairman Solari, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, to: (1) approve the Agreement for Lease <br />Extension with MWI Corporation until December 31, 2024; <br />authorize the Chairman to execute said document on behalf of the <br />Board; and (2) authorize selling all or a portion of the 20 -acre parcel <br />to MWI; and (3) direct staff to continue discussions with MWI <br />accordingly. <br />Deputy County Attorney William DeBraal noted that MWI had been <br />PACKET <br />PAGES <br />330-335 <br />Solid Waste Disposal District <br />November 18, 2014 Page 1 <br />
