Interlocal Agreement with Fellsmere for Annexation of the Enclave of 100th <br />a.m. Lane and 100th Place <br />(memorandum dated November 17, 2014) <br />• 14. <br />• <br />112-121 <br />(Clerk's Note: This item was heard following Item 10.B.1, and is placed <br />here for continuity). <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, to approve the Interlocal Agreement between <br />Indian River County and the City of Fellsmere relating to the <br />annexation of the enclaves depicted in Exhibit A on page 117 of the <br />Agenda Packet. <br />The Chairman provided a brief explanation of this item, and invited <br />public comment.
