Request to Issue the Solid Waste & Recyclables Collection <br />Services RFP #2015023 <br />(memorandum dated December 5, 2014) <br />p.m. <br />203-205 <br />Director of Utility Services Vincent Burke gave a PowerPoint <br />Presentation on the proposed Request for Proposal (RFP) for <br />Solid Waste and Recyclables Collection services.
