B. O'Steen reported as to the condition of the jail citing the dire needs <br />ifor a larger jail or an addition to the present one. Moody, Tax Collector, appeared before the Beard with regard to the purchase <br />16f a cash book for the Tax Collector's office, stating thatt it would cost approximately <br />. <br />$132.00. The Board instructed Mr. Boody to obtain prices for several! -bids for such a book <br />;and purchase it from the company offering the lowest bid. <br />Mr. A. L. O'Neal, P. 0. Walker appeared before the Board and offered his services as btidge tender <br />mf the Winter Beach bridge for the ensuing year for the sum of $500.00. <br />Upon motion made, seconded, and unanimously carried, Mr. N. H`._�Walker was re-employed <br />as Winter Beach bridge tender for the sum of $500.00 for the ensuing year. <br />
