It was ordered the County Engineer, Chairman of the Board and County Attorney <br />take up in person the question df Right-of-way for State Road No.4 ?: ith the officials <br />of the Florida East Coasr Railway Company at St.Augustine. <br />It was ordered the County Engineer be instructed to repair that is known as <br />the B-6 road in the Oslo District. <br />The Board then adjourned until 2 o'clock P.M. <br />• <br />The Board re -convened at 2 o'clock P.M. pursuant to adjournment until that <br />hour. All members of the Board present. <br />The hour of 2 o'clock having arrived, the Chairman announc d it was time to <br />open bids for crane and bucket. Several bids were presented and opened and read and <br />after discussion and having considered each and every bid closely, it was ordered <br />that the bid of McDonald & Burgman be accepted for one Universal Crane with clans <br />shell bucket and no dragline. <br />It was ordered that no exhibit be made of the resources of the County at the <br />Jacksonville Fair. <br />It was ordered that all applications for County Agent be forwarded to a.P.3pen- <br />der, officer in Charge at Gainesville, Florida, for consideration. <br />The several bills against the County mula having been audited, were examined and <br />found to be correct and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. <br />The County Depositories of the County filed their monthly statements showing <br />balance on hand total receipts for each fund, warrants paid and balance on hand at the <br />close of October which were found to be correct. <br />There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried, it was <br />ordered the Board adjourn until the regular meeting to be held in December, unless <br />sooner called in special session by . the Chairman. <br />ATTEST: <br />Pursuant to a call of the Chairman of the Board, the County Commissioners met <br />in specialsession on Wednesday, November 10th 1926 with the following members of the <br />Board present:. John H. Atkin, Chairman; Donald Forbes and 0.0.Helseth. <br />The Chairman announced the purpose of the meeting was to approve the official <br />bond of 0.ti10. Cobb, he having been duly elected County Judge .of this County. <br />The band of Otis M. Cobb, as County Judge, in the sum of $2,000.00 with <br />W.R.Dunean.; C.R.McClure; James S.Sugler and J.M.Bnight, as sureties, each in the sum <br />of $500.00 was approved by the Board. <br />There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried, the Board <br />adjourned until the regular meeting in December 1926. <br />ATTEST: <br />C 1 e r k. <br />Chairman <br />
