<br />I will remove the Steel Draw and Concrete Center -Pivot Pier of the Winter Beach
<br />Bridge from river in accordance with requivagnts of the War Department of the United States'
<br />all salvaged metal to be my property to dispose of as I wish, for -the sum of $2750.00 Twenty
<br />seven hundred fifty & 00/100 Dollars,
<br />f will remove he Concrete Center Pivot Pier from the river in accord with r equire-
<br />'+i meats of the War Departm nt of the United States, for the sum of $2'850.00 Twenty eight hundfs_fed
<br />;fifty and 00/100 Dollars
<br />I will not accept the steel draw unless I am given the contract for the Center Pier.

<br />I cannot be re pons,&ble as to time limit in the removal of the Center Pier should
<br />])you sell steel to others and award me the removal of the Pier. Should the buyer of the steel
<br />hake all of the time tha he is allowed in the removal of the steel there would not be sulLeent
<br />time left to remove the ier.
<br />The above prig does not include the removal of any piling or timbers cg Leted with
<br />Ilor that has been a part Of the Finders or wooden bridge.
