<br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County' Florida,
<br />is authorized and directed to executes in behalf of Vero Bridge District and as the ex officio
<br />Board of Commissioners of Vero Bridge District, a deed conveying the above described real pro-
<br />perty to the State of Florida.
<br />The motion for the adoption of the said Resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner
<br />Vickers, and unanimously, adopted.
<br />The Board approved the printing of a number of booklets containing tax information
<br />-
<br />i regarding Indian River County not to exceed the cost of $50.00, said booklets to be attached
<br />to Tax Notices and mailed out to the several tag payers by Troy E. Doody, Tax Collector,
<br />Alice Helleso, County Nurse, appeared before the Board and submitted a report of her
<br />activities for the month of September. Said report was received and ordered filed with the
<br />Clerk,
<br />M. A. Boudet, County Agent, submitted a report of his activities for the month of
<br />y September. Said report was received and ordered filed by the Clerk.
<br />TO THE HON. BOARD OF COUNTY COSSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER CO.,
<br />VERO BEACH, FLORIDA.
<br />Gentlemen:
<br />I, Katherine Warr, of the County of Indian River State of Florida, being the owner
<br />of Tax Sale Certificates Nos 9 & 12 dated the 4th day of July 1938' in the sum of $9.35
<br />covering the following described property, to=wits
<br />Lots 7, 8 &::23, Espy's S/D
<br />hereby make application to your Honorable Body to.issue a duplicate Tax Sale Certificate in
<br />;ieu of the original described herein for the following reasons:
<br />(1) That said Tax Sale Certificate was purchased by meat the regular sale of 1938
<br />for which I paid the sum of $9.35•
<br />(a) That said Tax Sale Certificate, or any interest therein, has not been hypothe-
<br />cated, sold, assigned, transferred or delivered by me and I have received no consideration
<br />therefor.
<br />(3) That said Tax Sale Certificate has been lost orcbstroyed and that I have madO
<br />diligent search and am unable to locate said certificate.
<br />(4) That if duplicate Certificate is issued in lieu thereof and the cfriginal should
<br />,,at any time be located' the same will be surrendered to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian
<br />River County for cancellation.
<br />(5) That I, Katherine Warr, as a further consideration acknowledge myself held and
<br />firmly bound unto Douglas Baker, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County,and his
<br />successors in office, in the sum of $1840, being double the an punt of the face value of said
<br />,,2h Certificate, for payment whereof well and truly to be mad®, I bind myself, heirs, executors.
<br />land administrators firmly by these presents should said Certificate be presented .by any person
<br />whomsoever, assigned or otherwise, for payment or application for Tax Deed thereon.
<br />I solemnly swear, or affirm, that the statements contained herein in'support of my ap-'
<br />plication for issuanceofduplicate Tax Sale Certificate, are true and correct. So help me God,:
