<br />Ponder and others was presented to the Board, and said petition wa:s ordered filed with the iV

<br />Commissioner 416ver introduced the following,Resolution and moved its adoption as
<br />follows, to -wit:
<br />WHEREAS,, .by Resolution adopted by the. City Council of. the City of Vero Beach under
<br />i' date of September 27, 19449 said City requested the dedication for public use and purposes
<br />dof property described as Lot 85'in Block 4 of Vero Beach Estates Subdivision in thepity of
<br />Nero Beach, Indian River County, Florida, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 59 Page 89
<br />;Public"Records of St. Lucie Ceunty, Florida; and,
<br />�! WHEREAS, this Board did by its Resolution adopted October 39 1944, appearing in
<br />County Commi-asioners Minutes Book 3 at Page 150, did so dedicate said lot; and the City of
<br />IlVero Beach by Resolution adopted December 229 1947, having requested said dedication to be re-
<br />voked in that the same was -by error and oversight and said lot having heretofore been-fiald-
<br />public sale as provided by law; and this Board having determined that said lot was dedicated
<br />by oversight and error; therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the aforesaid dedication of the above described lot for public
<br />use and purposes is herewith revoked as of the date of said original dedications namely,
<br />October 39 1944,

<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; that this Board is herewith authorized and directed to exe-
<br />cute and deliver to the purchaser of said lot a supplemental deed of conveyance thereof.
<br />!9 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVER, that a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the
<br />iCounty Tag Assessor of Indian River County and to the City Tax: Assessor of the City of Vero
<br />(Beach.
<br />The motion for the adoption of the Resolution was made by Commissioner Helseth and
<br />unanimously carried.
