<br />Commissioner Vickers introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption

<br />WHEREAS, The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, holds
<br />j certain bonds or evidences of indebtedness heretofore issued by said County as defined by
<br />Ii
<br />Chapter 23345, Special Acts of the Florida Legislature adopted in 1945, and which bonds or
<br />evidences of indebtedness as hereinafter described are not bonds or evidences of indebtedness
<br />which are legally applicable as a credit against any debt of Indian River County to any other
<br />b� county; and said bonds or evidences of indebtedness being those of the Board of Public
<br />b

<br />Instruction of Indian River County and of Road and Bridge Districts situated in Indian River
<br />County, and it being desirable that the items hereinafter described be cancelled; therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />is herewith authorized and directed to cancel bonds or evidences of indebtedness heretofore
<br />L received in payment or redemption of taxes and now held by him, together with any interest
<br />coupons or right of interest which may have accumulated in connection therewith and which
<br />bonds or evidences of indebtedness are specifically described as follows, to. -wits
