<br />or not the County will vacate, abandon, discontinue and close a public road or highway and
<br />),which said road or highway is more particularly described as followss

<br />A 50 ft. right-of-way lying 25 ft. on each side of a center line 'described as
<br />1�beginning at the center_of Section 25, Township 31 South, Range 38 East, and running North
<br />on the center section line of said Section 25 and of Sections 24 and 13 to the Fellsmere-
<br />Sebastian paved highway designated as State Road 512.
<br />Persons interested may appear and be heard at the time and plane above specified.
