D. All Record/As-Built drawings are subject to review and approval by County <br />Surveyor. <br />ACCURACY <br />The CONTRACTOR will be held responsible for the accuracy and completeness of <br />Record Drawings and Electronic As-Builts and shall bear any costs incurred in finding <br />utilities as a result of incorrect data furnished by the CONTRACTOR. <br />COMPLETION OF WORK <br />Upon Substantial Completion of the Work, deliver Record Drawings/As-Built Drawings <br />to ENGINEER.
