Generally, this will require you to complete and <br />submit Form 62-330.340(1), "Request to Transfer Permit," available at <br />http://vwvw.floridaswater.com/permitting/permitforms.html. <br />Please note that a permittee is liable for compliance with the permit before the permit is <br />transferred. The District, therefore, recommends that you request a permit transfer in advance <br />in accordance with the applicable rules.
