Therefore, it hereby supersedes anything to the contrary in the Bidding Requirements or contract Documents. This ADDENDUM is hereby made a part of and shall be attached to the subject Bidding Requirements and Contract Documents. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the ▪ Purchasing Department in writing at purchasing@ircgov.com. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties through the Issuing Office as having received the Bidding Documents.
