By that date, you are to start performing your obligations under the Contract <br />Documents. The contract has allocated 90 calendar days for Substantial Completion of this <br />project and 120 calendar days for Final Completion. In accordance with Article 4 of the <br />Agreement the date of Substantial Completion is and the date of readiness for final <br />payment is <br />CONTRACTOR shall not commence work under this Contract until he has obtained all <br />insurance required under Article 5 and such insurance has been delivered to the OWNER and <br />approved by the OWNER, nor shall the CONTRACTOR allow any Subcontractor to commence <br />work on his subcontract until all similar insurance required of the Subcontractor has been so <br />obtained and approved. All such insurance shall remain in effect until final payment and at all <br />times thereafter when CONTRACTOR may be correcting, removing or replacing defective Work <br />in accordance with Article 13. <br />Also, before you may start any Work at the Site, you must: <br />...
