d. In connection with the installation of the Additional Equipment, Lessee shall label all <br />of its equipment including coaxial cables, located or to be located on the property, <br />so that Lessor and its contractors are able to distinguish Lessee's equipment from <br />equipment owned by other Lessees. This requirement shall apply to all <br />equipment/cables, not just the Additional Equipment. Verification of this <br />requirement shall be included in the inspection as required in Section 2b. of this <br />Second Amendment. <br />e. Commencing on the earlier of (a) the first day of the month immediately occurring <br />after the date on which Lessee commences installation of the Additional Equipment <br />or (b) July 1, 2015 (the "Rent Increase Date"), the annual rent due under the <br />Agreement shall increase by Eight Thousand Four Hundred and 00/100 Dollars <br />($8,400.00), partial years prorated, to reflect the rental payment for the Additional <br />Equipment. Within sixty (60) days of the Rent Increase Date, Verizon Wireless shall <br />pay the pro -rated share of the annual rent increase to cover the period from the <br />Rent Increase Date through the next anniversary of the Agreement's <br />commencement date. The annual rent due under the Agreement shall continue to <br />increase in accordance with Section 9(A) of the Agreement. <br />3. The parties hereby reaffirm their rights and obligations under the Agreement as modified by <br />this Second Amendment.
