Exhibit H Union 11-18-13 Proposal <br />15.07 The County shall provide immunizations for all employees who t request to be <br />immunized at the approval of the Medical Director and Emergency Services Director <br />as follows: Fiti Tetanus (every ten (l 0) years), and Hepatitis - (Type A and B) (every five <br />(5) years). <br />The County shall provide testing for tuberculosis each year, and Hepatitis C once as a <br />baseline and after each potential exposure. <br />15.08 The Employer agrees to provide as a minimum an annual physical for each employee. This <br />physical shall include the same testing as is done for newly -hired employees, except that <br />chest x-rays need not be given more than every three (3) years. The results of the physical <br />shall be provided to the employee, Medical Director, Emergency Services Director or his <br />designees Assistant --Chief; and Human Resources Director, but shall otherwise be <br />confidential to the extent permitted by law. <br />15.09 The County and the Union agree to the Drug -Free Workplace Program attached as <br />Attachment A. <br />T/A County Union <br />Date: 11/18/13 <br />58 <br />
