With respect <br />to variances related to airport zoning, Section 333.10, Florida Statutes, states that "[wjhere a zoning <br />board of appeals or adjustment already exists, it may be appointed as the board of adjustment." <br />Thus, the already existing Planning and Zoning Commission can be granted the authority to approve <br />or deny variances concerning airport zoning.
