RESOLUTION NO. 2015 - <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />CONSERVATION EASEMENTS ON LOTS IN PRESERVATION POINTES <br />PHASE I AND PRESERVATION POINTES PHASE II <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in conservation easements on lots in Preservation <br />Pointes Phase I and Preservation Pointes Phase II; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easements, or portions thereof, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easements: <br />the 10 foot conservation easements of Lots 5-9, Lots 13-18, and Parcel 1, Preservation Pointes <br />Phase I, as depicted on the plat of Preservation Pointes Phase 1, recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 1 -IA, <br />of the public records of Indian River County; and the 10 foot conservation easements of Lots 19-23 and <br />Lots 27-34, Preservation Pointes Phase II, as depicted on the plat of Preservation Pointes Phase II, <br />recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 41-41A, of the public records of Indian River County. <br />MOREOVER, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY HEREBY DOES RELEASE its conservation interest <br />(only), but retains all other right, title and interest that it may have, in the following described <br />easements: <br />the north 25' utility/conservation easement of Lots 9-13 and Parcel 1, as depicted on the plat of <br />Preservation Pointes Phase I, recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 1-1A, of the public records of Indian <br />River County; and the north 25' utility/conservation easement of Lots 23-27, as depicted on the plat of <br />Preservation Pointes Phase II, recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 41-41A, of the public records of Indian <br />River County. <br />This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner , seconded by <br />Commissioner , and adopted on the day of <br />2015, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Wesley S.
