Page 2 <br />BCC Agenda Item <br />FDEP Grant Agreement 15IR1 <br />March 23, 2015 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Board approve FDEP Grant Agreement No. 15IR1 and authorize the <br />Chairman to sign two (2) copies of the Agreement on behalf of the County. Following Board <br />approval, the County will transmit both partially executed Agreements to the State for final <br />signatures. Upon receipt of the fully executed original FDEP Grant Agreement 15IR1 from the <br />State, staff will transmit to the Clerk to the Board of County Commission for recording. <br />ATTACHMENT <br />1.
