On December 6, 2011 the Board of County Commissioners approved a Local Jobs Grant for <br />Boston Barricade Company, Inc. The current payment of $34,334 will be provided by General <br />Fund/Reserve for Contingency. <br />2. On March 17, 2015. The Board of County Commissioners approved the Sheriff's request for <br />$30,000 from the Law Enforcement Trust Fund to be donated to various programs and <br />agencies. Additionally, $32,643 from the Trust Fund will be used to purchase an additional 100 <br />external vest carriers. The attached entry appropriates funding in the amount of $62,643 from <br />Law Enforcement Trust Fund/Cash Forward -Oct 1St <br />3. On March 17, 2015, the Board of County Commissioners approved the Small County <br />Outreach Program Grant for widening of Aviation Blvd to accommodate a signal and turn <br />lanes. The attached entry appropriates the grant in the amount of $292,545 and county match <br />in the amount of $293,523 from Optional Sales Tax/Cash Forward -Oct 1St <br />4. On October 31, 2013 the Federal Transit awarded Indian River County a 5309 grant in the <br />amount $1,150,000 for the construction of a new transit hub in Vero Beach. The attached <br />entry appropriates the grant. <br />5. The funds for the CSAC Needs Assessment need to be "rolled over" to the current year. The <br />attached entry appropriates the funding in the amount of $27,000 from General Fund/Cash <br />Forward -Oct 1St <br />6. On April 7, 2015 the Board of County Commissioners approved funding in the amount of <br />$33,400 for the demolition and removal of unsafe structures on eight residential sites. The <br />attached entry appropriates funding from the MSTU Fund/Cash Forward Oct 1St <br />7. On April 7, 2015 the Board of County Commissioners approved a Recycling Education and <br />Marketing Coordinator position and associated funding for necessary equipment and <br />advertising. The attached entry appropriates funding in the amount of $99,000 from <br />SWDD/Cash Forward Oct 1St <br />120 <br />
