This Agreement is made in the State of Florida and shall be governed by Florida law. <br />Venue for resolution of any dispute arising hereunder shall be in. Indian River County, Florida. <br />This is the entire written agreement between the parties and may not be modified or amended <br />except by a written document signed by both parties. <br />21. The terms of this Agreement shall be binding on the respective successors, contractors, <br />representatives, agents and assigns of the parties. <br />22. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be <br />deemed an original and all which together will constitute one and the same instrument. <br />23.
