Establishment of a Local Housing Assistance Program, allowing the county to utilize State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) program funds for the provision of affordable housing (Local Housing Assistance program, Local Housing Assistance plan, Housing Element policies 2.7, 3.6, 4.4, 4.6, 4.7, 4.9, and 9.1) Following are citations from the county's Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations (LDRs) for the above referenced affordable housing incentive strategies. In the case of amendments to the county's comprehensive plan policies or land development regulations that cause inconsistency between this section of the Local Housing Assistance Plan and the county's Comprehensive Plan or Land Development Regulations, the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations will control.
