Payment Schedule for Target Industry/Cluster Analysis <br />Indian River County will make payments to consultant not to exceed $16,000 for completing the Target <br />Industry/Cluster Analysis report as outlined above. Consultant may invoice County $8,000 upon <br />completion and submittal of the economic base analysis portion of the report and may invoice County for <br />the remaining $8,000 upon completion and County's acceptance of the completed report with specific target <br />industry asset maps and industry specific positioning statements for the county. <br />All provisions of the Agreement and any attachments thereto in conflict with this Modification shall be and <br />are hereby changed to conform to this Modification, effective as of the date of the execution of this <br />Modification by both parties. <br />All provisions not in conflict with this Modification remain in full force and effect, and are to be performed <br />at the level specified in the Agreement. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto duly execute this document as of the day and year first <br />written above. <br />ATTEST INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />Wesley S.
