EXHIBIT 3 — PROGRAM RECYCLABLES <br />Following are Program Recyclables to be collected by Franchisee: <br />• All paper not contaminated by food, including newspaper, magazines, phone books, junk mail, office paper, <br />cardboard, paper bags, paperboard, chipboard, file folders, envelopes, paperback books, mixed paper, etc. <br />• Shredded paper placed in clear plastic bag. <br />• Aluminum food and beverage containers. <br />• Aluminum foil, pie plates, and trays. <br />• Glass food and beverage containers. <br />• Ferrous cans, including aerosol cans not containing corrosive, toxic, ignitable, or reactive ingredients, <br />including products such as paints, cleaners, oils, batteries and pesticides that contain potentially hazardous <br />ingredients. <br />• Aseptic cartons, including juice boxes, gable top milk and juice containers, soy milk and soup cartons. <br />• All plastic containers except plastic film. <br />• Bulky rigid plastics. <br />• Scrap metal. <br />Page 37 <br />
