RESOLUTION NO. 2015 - <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br />1. The Board of County Commissioners hereby specifically delegates to <br />the County Utilities Director or his designee, the authority to sign liens for unpaid <br />water and sewer charges on behalf of the Board pursuant to Section 201.22 of the <br />Code of Indian River County, including satisfactions and/or releases of liens <br />relating thereto, provided that all such documents contain the signature of the <br />County Attorney, or designee, approving such documents as to form and legal <br />sufficiency. <br />2. All such hens and satisfactions and/or releases signed by the County <br />Utilities Director or his designee in connection with water and sewer charges under <br />Section 201.22 and under the presumed authority of Resolution No. 2008-088 is <br />hereby approved and ratified. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner , and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner , and, upon being put to a vote, <br />the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Wesley S. Davis <br />Vice Chairman Bob Solari <br />Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher <br />Commissioner Tim Zorc <br />Commissioner Peter D. O'Bryan <br />2 <br />
