B. <br />C. <br />9:30 a.m. <br />County Building Official Scott McAdam reported that although <br />the demolition contractor has pulled a Health Department <br />permit, no demolition has occurred on the site to date. <br />Commissioners Davis and Flescher preferred to terminate the <br />demolition and allow Ms. Valenti to restore the structure, if she <br />agrees to pay costs incurred by the County thus far. <br />Robert Clark, Esquire, representing Ms. Valenti, affirmed that <br />Ms. Valenti would pay any expenses incurred by the County, and <br />that she has retained local contractor Keith Baker, to repair the <br />house. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Chairman Davis, for the County to terminate any further <br />demolition action with regards to the structure owned by <br />Marilyn Valenti, located at 34 20th Lane SW. <br />Vice Chairman Solari asked if there was a timeline for Ms. <br />Valenti to make the repairs. <br />Community Development Director Stan Boling suggested that <br />Ms. Valenti be given 90 days to obtain a permit for the repair <br />work. <br />MOTION WAS AMENDED by Commissioner Flescher, <br />SECONDED by Chairman Davis, to allow 90 days for Ms. <br />Valenti to get a permit for the repair work. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the Amended <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Emergency Services <br />None <br />General Services <br />1. <br />Human Services <br />a.
