CONTRACTOR has given ENGINEER written notice of all conflicts, errors, ambiguities, or <br /> discrepancies that CONTRACTOR has discovered in the Contract Documents, and the <br /> written resolution thereof by ENGINEER is acceptable to CONTRACTOR. <br /> J.
