Schryver, P.S.M., County Surveyor <br /> SUBJECT: Work Order No. 2—Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. <br /> Indian River Boulevard Sidewalk(37th Street to 53rd Street) <br /> Topographic Design Survey <br /> IRC Project No. 1415 <br /> DATE: April 9, 2015 <br /> DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br /> On October 1,2013,the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners approved the Professional <br /> Service Agreement for Annual Land Surveying and Mapping Services Contract 1333 with Kimley-Horn <br /> and Associates, Inc. and on October 17, 2014 renewed the agreement for one year. <br /> Work Order No. 2 with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., is to perform all related field and office <br /> surveying and mapping services in connection with the preparation of a topographic design survey for <br /> sidewalk construction over a portion of Indian River Boulevard right-of-way. The survey will begin at 37th <br /> Street and extend northerly to 53rd Street(approximately 2.50 miles). <br /> This project will provide Indian River County Engineering staff with a comprehensive topographic survey <br /> to be utilized in the design of sidewalk improvements. <br /> Attached, please find Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. Work Order No. 2 to provide the requested <br /> professional surveying and mapping services.
