("Kimley-Horn" or "Consultant") is pleased to submit <br /> this letter agreement (the "Agreement") to Indian River County ("Client") for providing <br /> professional Survey and Mapping services. Our project understanding, scope of services, <br /> schedule, and fee are below. <br /> Project Understanding <br /> It is our understanding that Indian River County is requesting survey and mapping <br /> services for the preparation of a Topographic Survey for portions of Indian River <br /> Boulevard from 37th Street to 53rd Street. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Kimley-Horn will provide the services specifically set forth below. <br /> Task I—Topographic Survey <br /> This scope of services is for the preparation of a Topographic Survey for the westerly <br /> portion of Indian River Boulevard lying between 37th Street and 53rd Street.A portion of <br /> this corridor has an existing sidewalk along the westerly side of Indian River Boulevard. <br /> The portion of Indian River Boulevard that has an existing sidewalk will not be surveyed <br /> as part of this task. <br /> Elevations will be obtained at 100' stations from the east edge of the southbound lanes of <br /> Indian River Boulevard to 20' west of the west right of way line of Indian River <br /> Boulevard. Drainage structures,driveways and improvements lying between the <br /> southbound lanes and the westerly right of way line will be located and plotted. An edge <br /> of landscaping line and/or an edge of vegetation line will be shown.
