Schryver, P.S.M., County Surveyor <br /> SUBJECT: Work Order No. 3—Carter Associates, Inc. <br /> 49th Street—(58th Avenue to 31st Avenue)Topographic Design Survey <br /> IRC Project No. 1414 <br /> DATE: April 9, 2015 <br /> DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br /> On October 1,2013,the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners approved the Professional <br /> Service Agreement for Annual Land Surveying and Mapping Services Contract 1333 with Carter <br /> Associates, Inc. and on October 17, 2014 renewed the agreement for one year. <br /> Work Order No. 3 with Carter Associates, Inc., is to perform all related field and office surveying and <br /> mapping services in connection with the preparation of a topographic design survey for a portion of 49th <br /> Street.The survey will begin at 58th Avenue and extend east to 31St Avenue(approximately 1.80 miles). <br /> This project will provide Indian River County Engineering staff with a comprehensive topographic survey <br /> to be utilized in the design of roadway improvements. <br /> Attached, please find Carter Associates, Inc. Work Order No. 3 to provide the requested professional <br /> surveying and mapping services.
