Schryver, P.S.M., County Surveyor��,1J <br /> SUBJECT: Work Order No. 2—Masteller, Moler&Taylor, Inc. <br /> (formerly Masteller, Moler, Reed &Taylor, Inc.) <br /> 69th Street left turn lane at U.S. Highway No. 1 Topographic Design Survey <br /> IRC Project No. 1360 <br /> DATE: April 21, 2015 <br /> DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br /> On October 1,2013,the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners approved the Professional <br /> Service Agreement for Annual Land Surveying and Mapping Services Contract 1333 with Masteller, <br /> Moler&Taylor, Inc. and on October 17, 2014 renewed the agreement for one year. <br /> Work Order No.2 with, Masteller, Moler&Taylor,Inc.,is to perform all related field and office surveying <br /> and mapping services in connection with the preparation of a topographic design survey for a portion of <br /> 69th Street. The survey limits shall be from the centerline of right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 1 to 1100 <br /> feet west of Old Dixie Highway including 100 feet each way on side streets and the FEC railroad. The <br /> survey limits shall also extend 1,100 feet north and south of 69th Street along Old Dixie Highway. The <br /> approximate length of the right of way limits is 3,600 linear feet(0.68 miles). <br /> This project will provide Indian River County Engineering staff with a comprehensive topographic survey <br /> to be utilized in the design of turn lane improvements. <br /> Attached, please find Masteller, Moler & Taylor, Inc. Work Order No. 2 to provide the requested <br /> professional surveying and mapping services.
