(formerly Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc.) <br /> In accordance with Contract No. 1333 2014-2015 <br /> This Work Order No. 2 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated October 1, 2013, <br /> and renewed on October 17, 2014 between Masteller, Moler & Taylor, Inc. (formerly Masteller, <br /> Moler, Reed &Taylor, Inc.), (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY): <br /> SECTION I—PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No. 2 is for the SURVEYOR to perform all related field and office surveying <br /> and mapping services in connection with the preparation of a topographic design survey for <br /> roadway improvements for a portion of 69th Street. The survey limits shall be from the <br /> centerline of right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 1 to 1,100 feet west of Old Dixie Highway <br /> including 100 feet each way on side streets and the FEC railroad. The survey limits shall also <br /> extend 1,200 feet north and south of 69th Street along Old Dixie Highway. The approximate <br /> length of the right of way limits is 4,300 linear feet (0.81 miles). <br /> SECTION II -SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between SURVEYOR and COUNTY, the SURVEYOR shall provide <br /> Professional services to complete all tasks as outlined in this Work Order No. 2; specifically <br /> detailed in the attached proposal Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION III —TIME FOR COMPLETION & DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT <br /> 1.
