Unit Command: The Indian River County Sheriff's Office Special Operations Section <br /> supervisor will function as the detail supervisor during operations. <br /> C. Communications Detail: The Indian River County Sheriffs Office Communications Section <br /> will coordinate with other Units/Agencies to patch common frequencies. Communications <br /> between IRCSO and federal agencies will take place through the utilization of telephone, email <br /> correspondence and other agreed upon electronic means. <br /> D.
