(M&M), to provide professional services <br /> for the design and construction observation of the sludge holding tank modifications at Central Regional WWTP <br /> (CWWTP). <br /> ANALYSIS: <br /> Now that the construction has been completed satisfactorily, on time and under budget M&M is requesting <br /> final payment. To date, M&M has been paid $57,547.53.
