Gray, Jr. in <br /> Coastal Engineer v <br /> SUBJECT: Work Order No. 9 CB&I Coastal Planning and Engineering, Inc. <br /> Sector 3 Beach Restoration Project <br /> 2015 Post Construction Physical Monitoring Services <br /> DATE: May 4, 2015 <br /> DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br /> On March 19, 2013 the Board approved a contract with CB&I Coastal Planning and Engineering, <br /> Inc. (CB&I) for professional coastal engineering services in Indian River County for a two-year <br /> term, 2013-2015. On March 17, 2015 the Board renewed the contract until March 19, 2017. <br /> CB&I is the selected County consultant for professional physical monitoring services related to <br /> the Sector 3 Beach Restoration Project and Sector 3 Dune Repair Project. <br /> The proposed Work Order No. 9 provides year 2015 post construction physical monitoring <br /> services to document the fill performance of the Sector 3 Beach Restoration Project Area. By <br /> Permit, annual Post Construction Physical monitoring is required for 3 years following a large <br /> scale beach restoration project.
