ARTICLE 5 <br /> SEPARABILITY <br /> 5.01 The parties hereto agree that should any article, section or paragraph of this agreement be <br /> declared by a court of competent and final jurisdiction in the premises to be unlawful, <br /> invalid, ineffective or unenforceable, said article, section or paragraph shall not affect the <br /> validity and enforceability of any other article,section or paragraph hereof,and the remainder <br /> of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect. In the event any article, section or <br /> paragraph of the agreement is lawfully declared invalid, the Employer and the Union shall <br /> meet immediately to negotiate a replacement article. <br /> 7 <br /> 40 <br />
