Small County Outreach Program (SCOP) Agreement and Resolution <br /> Authorizing the Chairman's Signature for Construction (Resurfacing) and <br /> Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services of Old Dixie Highway from 71' <br /> Street to CR510 IRC Project No. 1138, FM 429567-1-58-0 <br /> DATE: May 6, 2015 <br /> DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br /> Indian River County applied for and received a Small County Outreach Program (SCOP) Grant from the <br /> Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in the amount of$1,438,747.00(75%of the total estimated <br /> cost of$1,918,329.00)for the resurfacing of the northbound and southbound lanes of Old Dixie Highway <br /> from 71st Street to CR510,as well as for construction engineering inspection (CEI)services.The County cost <br /> share is 25%or$479,582.00. <br /> FUNDING <br /> Funding for the County's cost share in the amount of $479,582.00 will be budgeted for fiscal year <br /> 2015/2016 in Account Number 10921441-053360-14010 Secondary Roads/FDOT SCOP Grant/Old Dixie <br /> Highway 71St Street—CR510 Resurfacing. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve the attached Small County Outreach <br /> Program (SCOP)Agreement and Resolution and authorize the chairman to execute the same. <br /> ATTACHMENTS <br /> 1.
