6. No more than one boat may be stored unenclosed on the Property. Such boat must be <br /> registered and titled to the Defendant. <br /> 7. No more than one boat may be stored in an enclosed structure on the Property. Such boat <br /> must be registered and titled to the Defendant. <br /> 8. The Defendant shall comply with Section 912.17(3) of the Indian River County Code of <br /> Ordinances. <br /> 9. Defendant shall not store or work on boats, which includes but is not limited to fiber <br /> glassing, sanding,painting, repairing and spraying boats, on his mother's property, which <br /> is located at 8120 134th Street, Sebastian, Florida, 32958. <br /> 10. Boats belonging to visiting guests, not registered or titled in Defendant's name,must be <br /> on a trailer and hitched to a roadworthy and registered vehicle. <br /> 11. Defendant shall not sell more than one boat per calendar year. <br /> 12. If Defendant complies with this Stipulation of Settlement for one year the County agrees <br /> to reduce the fines and liens on the Property to $2,000. <br /> 13. If the Defendant sells the Property within a year and has complied with this Stipulation of <br /> Settlement prior to sale,the County agrees to reduce the fines and liens on the Property to <br /> $2,000. <br /> 14. The Plaintiff agrees to dismiss its lawsuit, subject to the Court retaining jurisdiction for <br /> purposes of enforcing the terms and conditions of this Stipulation of Settlement, or for <br /> further proceedings, as appropriate. <br /> 15. The Parties agree that this Stipulation of Settlement must be approved by the Indian River <br /> County Board of County Commissioners, and that the undersigned attorney agrees to <br /> support this Stipulation of Settlement when presented to the Indian River County Board <br /> of County Commissioners for approval.
