Since that time, St. Lucie County requested an amendment to the <br /> ILA (the "Amendment"), which includes a provision that the annual budget include a reimbursement to <br /> St. Lucie County for general and administration expenses. Such expenses will be determined using the St. <br /> Lucie County cost allocation plan, with backup documentation to be provided with the budget submittal. <br /> The only other substantive change was adding language that clarifies that the Counties will comply with <br /> the requirements of Section 29.008, Florida Statutes. <br /> Indian River Co.
